  • I LOVE going to this studio! The classes are challenging but not overwhelming. The instructors and the owner are kind and warm. The other studio members are friendly and fun in class. With the smaller class sizes, the instructors make sure you are doing it in the correct position because as the saying goes, Pilates is easy unless you are doing it correctly! (And, side note, I never liked exercise before coming to this studio) I highly recommend North County Pilates!!

Conveniently located off the101 on Traffic Way, between Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo, our studio is nestled in a gorgeous, light-filled historic brick building built in 1926, home of the original Atascadero Fire Station.

We have a public parking lot directly next to us with ample street parking, and are surrounded by exceptional food, cafes, wine bars and shops.
